And let me tell you, one customer even compared my jerked chicken to the ones they had in Jamaica, saying it was the best they've had in America! But it doesn't stop there. I take pride in pushing boundaries and redefining how Southern Soul food is presented and tasted. Recently, a customer who claimed not to even like yams couldn't resist the deliciousness of my creation.
